Thank you for the good wishes, Carol. Some of the mountain areas have received snow, so that is something to be grateful for. But the old year ended with a catastrophic fire near Boulder, where almost 1,000 homes burned down and people lost all their possessions. It’s tragic. 😢

It is hard to imagine what it must be like to lose absolutely everything in an overwhelming fire like that. It is very sad and sobering.
